These Terms of Service govern access to and use of the LUXIE website and LUXIE’s internal Google Ads keyword research tool.
LUXIE is operated by LUXIE. By accessing or using the website or the tool, you agree to these Terms.
1. About LUXIE
LUXIE is a cosmetic tattooing and beauty service business located in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. Our services may include eyebrow tattooing, lip blush, dark lip neutralization, cosmetic tattoo correction, consultation, and related beauty services.

2. About the Keyword Research Tool
LUXIE operates a private internal tool that connects to the Google Ads API. The tool assists authorized LUXIE personnel with:
- Generating keyword ideas;
- Reviewing historical keyword metrics;
- Estimating search demand;
- Reviewing keyword competition;
- Reviewing estimated bid ranges;
- Researching keywords by language and location;
- Planning LUXIE’s own Google Ads campaigns and landing pages.
The tool is not a public software-as-a-service product and is not offered for resale, public registration, or use by unrelated third parties.
3. Authorized Users
Access to the keyword research tool is limited to LUXIE employees, contractors, administrators, or other individuals expressly authorized by LUXIE.
Authorized users must:
- Use their own permitted Google account;
- Keep account credentials secure;
- Use the tool only for legitimate LUXIE business purposes;
- Comply with Google’s applicable terms and policies;
- Immediately report suspected unauthorized access;
- Revoke access when authorization is no longer required.
Authorization to use the tool may be withdrawn at any time.
4. Google Account Authorization
Certain tool features require an authorized user to grant access through Google OAuth. The requested permissions will be displayed during the Google authorization process.
Users are responsible for ensuring that they have authority to grant access to the relevant Google Ads account or manager account.
Users may revoke authorization through Google Account third-party access settings .
5. Acceptable Use
You may not use the website or tool to:
- Violate any applicable law or regulation;
- Access an account without proper authorization;
- Misrepresent your identity or authority;
- Interfere with the operation or security of the tool;
- Attempt to obtain API credentials, tokens, or passwords belonging to another person;
- Reverse engineer or circumvent technical restrictions;
- Sell, sublicense, redistribute, or commercially exploit Google Ads API data;
- Build an unrelated public keyword data service;
- Conduct surveillance or unlawful profiling;
- Use Google user data for credit or lending decisions;
- Use the tool to violate Google Ads policies or Google API policies;
- Introduce malware, automated abuse, or harmful code.
6. Google Services
The tool uses services supplied by Google, including the Google Ads API and Google OAuth authorization.
Google services are governed by Google’s own agreements, policies, availability, quotas, and technical limitations. LUXIE does not control Google’s systems and cannot guarantee that Google services will always be available or unchanged.
Google is not responsible for LUXIE’s website, cosmetic services, internal tool, business decisions, or these Terms.
7. Keyword Data and Estimates
Keyword search volumes, competition levels, bid ranges, forecasts, and other metrics are estimates supplied through Google services. They may be aggregated, rounded, delayed, limited, or changed.
LUXIE does not guarantee that:
- A keyword will generate traffic;
- A campaign will achieve a particular result;
- An estimate will match actual campaign performance;
- A keyword will produce enquiries, appointments, or revenue;
- Google will continue to provide the same data or functionality.
Users must exercise professional judgment when making advertising, marketing, or budget decisions.
8. Intellectual Property
The LUXIE name, website content, branding, internal workflows, software, documentation, and original materials are owned by LUXIE or used under appropriate permission.
Google, Google Ads, Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and related names and marks belong to Google or its affiliates.
Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of any intellectual property belonging to LUXIE, Google, or another rights holder.
9. Privacy and Data Protection

By using the tool, authorized users acknowledge that they have reviewed the Privacy Policy and understand the disclosed data practices.
10. Security
Authorized users must protect passwords, OAuth credentials, API tokens, devices, and access details.
Users must not copy credentials into public repositories, public documents, unsecured messages, or systems not approved by LUXIE.
LUXIE may suspend access where we reasonably suspect unauthorized access, security risk, policy violations, or misuse.
11. Availability and Modifications
We may modify, limit, suspend, or discontinue any part of the website or keyword research tool at any time.
We may also change integrations, API versions, features, access controls, or technical requirements to maintain security, compliance, or functionality.
12. Disclaimer of Warranties
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the website and internal tool are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
We do not warrant that the website or tool will be uninterrupted, error-free, completely secure, or suitable for every purpose.
13. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, LUXIE and LUXIE will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss arising from:
- Use or inability to use the website or tool;
- Reliance on keyword estimates or advertising data;
- Changes to Google services or APIs;
- Unauthorized access caused by a user’s failure to secure credentials;
- Advertising performance, missed opportunities, or lost revenue;
- Third-party services, websites, or systems.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
14. Suspension and Termination
LUXIE may suspend or terminate access to the tool where a user:
- Is no longer authorized by LUXIE;
- Violates these Terms;
- Violates applicable Google policies;
- Creates a security or compliance risk;
- Uses the tool for an unauthorized purpose.
Upon termination, the user must stop using the tool and return or delete confidential credentials and materials as directed by LUXIE.
15. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms to reflect changes to our services, technology, legal obligations, or Google API requirements.
The latest version will be published on this page with the updated effective date. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms, where permitted by law.
16. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam. Any dispute will be handled by the competent courts or authorities in Vietnam, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
