Luxie — eyebrow tattooing, lip blush and old tattoo correction in District 10, Ho Chi Minh City
Luxie works on two things only: eyebrows and lips. We don't add other services, because these two are enough to do properly.
Clients arrive in two fairly distinct groups. The first group has never had cosmetic tattooing before and is looking for a studio that works carefully, without ending up with brows that are too dark or too sharply drawn. The second group is larger, and harder: people who had work done somewhere else and now carry brows that have turned blue or red, lips that are still too dark to take color, or old lip tattoo that has gone patchy and uneven. Correcting old work is what Luxie does most.
One principle doesn't change here. Your brow shape and lip shape are mapped to the proportions of your own face, not taken from a stock template and adjusted to fit. Two people can bring in the same reference photo, but their brow bones and eye spacing are different, so the shapes drawn for them will not be the same.
And before you choose anything, Luxie owes you a clear account of what that choice gains you and what it costs you. If your current skin or lip base won't support the look you have in mind, we say plainly where it will show, instead of quietly doing it anyway and letting you find out later. After that, the decision is still yours.

Luxshade Nano Eyebrow
Tiny pigment dots tapped in one at a time, building soft shade without a hard outline. Suits anyone who wants brows that look lightly filled with powder rather than drawn on.

Luxstroke Women's Ultra-Realistic Hairstroke
Fine individual strokes placed into the sparse areas, following the direction your real hairs already grow. Luxie works with a single needle, never a blade.

Luxstroke Men's Ultra-Realistic Hairstroke
For men with sparse, short or thin brows. We only add strokes where hair is missing and keep the masculine shape you already have, instead of redrawing a new one.

Hairstroke combined with Shade
Strokes at the front of the brow, soft shading through the body and tail. The tail reads clearly and photographs well while the front stays feathery and natural.

Neutralization of Blue/Red Tones & Color Boost
For old brows that have shifted color or lost their shape. We lighten the existing pigment first, then rebuild the shape, both within one treatment plan rather than two separate visits.

High-tech Laser Tattoo Removal
The only method Luxie uses to lighten old brow pigment. We stopped offering solution-based pigment extraction entirely; the reason is in the next section.

Color deepens from the edge inward with no hard border left behind. Lips read with depth, unlike older lip tattoo that leaves one flat block of color.

A pink tone with a touch of soft coral. For anyone who wants their lips to look fresher without it being obvious at a glance that they have had work done.

Women/Men Lip Darkening Removal
We correct the dark lip base first, then apply color. The tone used in the correction stage is chosen by the artist based on your actual lip base — that step is technical, not a matter of preference.

Fixing And Applying New Lip Color
For lips tattooed elsewhere that came out blotchy, patchy or uneven. We work on the old pigment first, then lay new color over a cleaner base.
How we work
How Luxie works
These four points decide most of the outcome. We say them up front, so you know what you are choosing before you are in the chair.
Shape mapped to your face
Brow and lip shapes are drawn from the proportions of each individual face: brow bone, spacing between the eyes, length of the nose bridge, line of the jaw. There is no single correct template that works on everyone, which is why two people bringing the same reference photo still leave with two different shapes.
A single needle, never a blade
Every hairstroke at Luxie is done with a single needle. We do not offer microblading and do not use the multi-needle heads that sit in one row and cut like a blade. A single needle is slower, but the strokes come out finer and follow the real growth direction of your hair more easily.
Old brow pigment is lightened with laser
Usually 1–2 sessions. Cases with dense pigment, or brows that have been touched up repeatedly, can need 3–4. Sessions are spaced roughly 30–60 days apart, and that interval is set by how fast your skin recovers, not by a fixed calendar. If only a light pass is needed and the skin is barely affected, new brows can be done in the same session.
You make the call
If you want a look your current base won't quite support, Luxie neither dismisses it nor silently goes along with it. Our job is to say what that choice gains you, what it costs you, and where it will show. You choose after that, and we work to your choice.
One question comes up constantly: how long does the color last. The 2–4 year figure is a reference point, not a guarantee. It depends on the individual, on how quickly your skin or lip base pushes pigment out, and on aftercare. Luxie has seen clients whose color still looked fresh after four years — though even then, it is never quite what it was right after healing.

Trưng Nữ maps the shape for most of the work done at Luxie. Her approach is closer to a painter than a technician: every brow and every lip is drawn to the proportions of the face actually sitting in front of her, rather than taken from a set pattern and trimmed to fit.
Her strongest area is Luxstroke hairstroke work, for both women and men. It is the technique that hides mistakes least, because each stroke has to sit in the real growth direction of the hair before the result stops reading as tattooed.
Her second area is correcting work done elsewhere: lip darkening removal for both women and men, and laser treatment for old brows that have changed color, gone too dark or lost their shape. That work takes up more studio time than anything else.
